Complete legal terms governing use of the nbajii platform

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "nbajii", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the nbajii platform and its operating entity.
• "Player", "you", and "your" refer to any individual who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the nbajii platform.
• "Platform" means the nbajii website accessible at nbajii.ws, including all pages, games, betting markets, promotions, and services made available therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the nbajii platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet value, or non-cashable balance credited to an Account by nbajii.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum cumulative betting turnover a Player must complete before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual under the age of 21, any individual located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful, or any individual who has been excluded or suspended from the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on nbajii, by making a deposit, by placing a bet, or by using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and nbajii with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements (whether oral or written) between you and nbajii concerning the subject matter herein.

nbajii reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the nbajii Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict, non-waivable requirement. nbajii will verify your age at registration and may request documentary proof at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing Account on the nbajii Platform. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account. Duplicate Accounts will be closed without notice.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the nbajii Platform, whether voluntarily or at the Platform's direction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of nbajii or its affiliated service providers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are the sole beneficial owner of the funds you deposit on the Platform.

nbajii reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued national identity card, passport, or mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) account verification documents. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension.

4. Account Registration and Verification

To use the full features of the nbajii Platform, you must register a Player Account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile telephone number, and a valid email address.

You warrant that all information provided at registration and thereafter is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

nbajii operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to verify your identity and residential address before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any other time at nbajii's discretion. Verification documents typically required include:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card or passport).
• Proof of address issued within the preceding three months.
• Confirmation of ownership of any payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) used to make deposits.

nbajii processes all personal data collected during verification in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Data is used solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of the Platform's services.

5. Account Security and Credentials

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify nbajii support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. nbajii will not be liable for any losses, whether financial or otherwise, arising from your failure to keep your credentials confidential or from your failure to report unauthorised access promptly.

nbajii will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from nbajii that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

6. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the nbajii Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). nbajii does not accept foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits may be made via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. Deposit processing times are typically instantaneous for mobile financial service providers (bKash, Nagad) and may take up to two (2) business hours for bank transfers.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account number from which the corresponding deposit was made. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and is strictly enforced. Withdrawal processing times are typically within thirty (30) minutes for bKash and Nagad and up to twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.

Withdrawal conditions: A withdrawal request will not be processed until:

• Your Account has passed all applicable KYC verification checks.
• Any Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds credited to your Account have been fully satisfied.
• There are no outstanding fraud investigations or disputes relating to your Account.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable withdrawal limit in effect at the time of the request.

nbajii reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse a withdrawal if the Platform reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, nbajii will notify you and may request additional verification documents.

7. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, nbajii may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. nbajii reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is subject to a Wagering Requirement. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default Wagering Requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred to another Account.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still subject to Wagering Requirements may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• nbajii reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any Bonus Funds not yet subject to a completed wagering requirement may be removed from your Account balance in such circumstances.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms, or placing offsetting bets designed to lock in bonus value without genuine play, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in permanent Account suspension.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the nbajii sportsbook and all games played on the nbajii casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant event, market, or game. In the event of any conflict between the general terms stated herein and the specific rules of a game or betting market, the specific rules shall prevail.

nbajii uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all virtual games and slots. Live casino games are streamed from independently audited studios operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. All game outcomes are determined by these providers' systems, which are subject to regular independent testing for fairness and randomness.

Bet acceptance: nbajii reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to: bets placed on events for which a result is already known, bets placed using erroneous odds that were published due to a technical error, and bets placed by any Prohibited Person.

Errors and technical faults: In the event of a technical fault, system error, or manifest error in the odds or game result, nbajii reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the Player's Account balance. nbajii will not be liable for any losses arising from technical faults beyond the return of the original stake.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbajii Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real money and bonus funds), and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform, place bets, or collect data.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the Platform to generate winnings or accumulate bonus credit.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that would constitute a criminal offence in Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are offered on the Platform.
• Placing bets with the intention of abusing promotional terms rather than for genuine entertainment purposes.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

nbajii is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The Platform makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your net session activity (time played and net gain or loss).
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the nbajii Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of nbajii or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of nbajii.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nbajii and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if nbajii has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, nbajii is not liable for: losses arising from technical faults or interruptions to the Platform; losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your own failure to maintain credentials securely; decisions made by you on the basis of information provided on the Platform; or any third-party content or services linked to or embedded within the Platform.

In any event, nbajii's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Closure and Suspension

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting nbajii support. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your Account (after satisfying all applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

nbajii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request in relation to the Account.
• Determination that the Account holder is a Prohibited Person.

Where an Account is closed by nbajii due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the Account (including both real money and bonus funds) may be forfeited in full.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

nbajii collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nbajii implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit TLS encryption on all data transmissions, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is completely secure, and nbajii cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to nbajii's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, you must submit a written complaint to [email protected] detailing the nature of your complaint, the relevant Account details, and the outcome you are seeking. nbajii will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and will provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) calendar days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter through any remedy available to you under applicable law. nbajii will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation or process.

16. Amendments to These Terms

nbajii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions.

If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account and cease using the Platform. nbajii will process any outstanding real money balance in your Account in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Clause 6.
